For the uninitiated, Marcus is a former soap opera actor who achieved notoriety last year by getting fired from “Days of Our Lives” after posing nude for a Playgirl (September ‘07) photo shoot.
There’s nothing especially special about a soap actor doing Playgirl, however Marcus went where no soap actor has gone before*.
A typical soap hunk pictorial would reveal only as much skin as they could show on TV. But Marcus — in addition to showing his naked ass — posed in underwear with a raging hard-on and in shadowy back-lit nudes with his man-tackle flopping in the breeze.
And I’m sure his puritanical producers were none too pleased when they heard he was shaking his wang in gay night clubs in West Hollywood. Unlike fellow male stripper turned squeaky-clean soap star Mark Consuelos, Marcus didn’t quit his lucrative day job after landing a role on daytime TV.

NOTE: Steve Bond, a former Chippendales dancer, did full nudity in Playgirl (October ‘75) before landing a role on “General Hospital” and “Santa Barbara” in the 1980’s. Windsor Harmon showed his bare butt in the May 2000 issue and still remained gainfully employed at “The Bold and the Beautiful.”
