When I first heard about this rumor I took it with a grain of salt, because it was sourced to a tabloid and seemed too good to be true. But apparently it is true, and there’s ample visual evidence to back it up.

Mark Consuelos — the former soap opera hunk and current TV actor (last seen on “Ugly Betty”) — used to make ends meet by shaking his money maker. Circa 1994, he worked as an exotic dancer at a Tampa Bay, FL male strip club called Stingers. Back then fans knew him as Meaty Mark.

Photographic proof of his scandalous stripper past was published in the September/October 2008 issue of Playgirl Magazine. In the pictures posted below he appears to be dancing bottomless — without a thong! (¡Ay, caramba!) Apparently — going from the embedded video posted above — as part of his routine the Spanish heartthrob let audience members lick whipped cream off his naked butt.

Mark Consuelos’ successfully downplayed his erotic past after he landed a role on the long-running daytime drama “All My Children.” Soap opera producers aren’t too keen on this sort of thing. Just ask fired “Days of Our Lives” actor Marcus Patrick. Patrick, who still moonlights as an exotic dancer, was given a pink slip after posing in a tumescent nude photo shoot for Playgirl.

These days Consuelos has a squeaky clean image as a family man — father of three and husband to Kelly Ripa, co-host of “Live with Regis & Kelly.” He also makes regular appearances as a guest commentator on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”

OMG! This is why the internet is the greatest invention EVER!!!

I was just googling Mark after seeing him on Oprah and I find this! I’ve had the biggest crush dating all the back to his days on AMC. He has such a wholesome image, and that makes it all the more sexy. Kelly is a lucky woman indeed. He keeps getting better looking as he gets older.
